Meeting rooms are available to non-members through our website Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM. If you're requesting a booking outside of those hours, please contact us directly and we’ll check availability for special requests.

Non-members pay the standard rate shown on each room card. Reservations of four hours or more may qualify for a reduced hourly rate. Non-member pricing appears at checkout and includes any hourly discounts based on the length of reservation time. Members receive a monthly allotment of meeting-room hours based on their coworking plan. Once members exceed their included hours, additional time can be booked at a member-only overage rate through Coworks. Member-only pricing appears directly in Coworks. If you are a member and have questions about your overage price, please contact the community manager.

Yes, the minimum booking time is one hour. We also offer half-day and full-day reservations for longer meetings and off-sites.

Cancel online or via email up to 48 hours before the reservation for a full refund. Cancellations under 48 hours are non-refundable however we are able to reschedule your reservation for a later date. If you need to reschedule, you must inform us prior to the start time of your reservation to take advantage of a fee-free reschedule.

We hold your room for 15 minutes past the start time; after that it may be released for other bookings and a late/no-show fee may apply. If you’re running late, call us so we can hold the room. If you are a no-show to your reservation, you can re-schedule your reservation within 24 hours of the original reservations start time for a reschedule fee of $10.

All rooms include business-grade Wi-Fi and basic AV hookups (HDMI). The Executive Board Room and Team Rom includes a large presentation TV. You can request video conferencing equipment at no additional charge however you must request this equipment at least 24 hours before your reservation start time. This request can be completed at the time of booking through our website or via email at officeatgp.hou@gmail.com. (officeatgp.hou@gmail.com.)Please include your name and reservation date/time when requesting the equipment via email.

Yes, light catering is allowed in each room. If you need additional space or surfaces in the room to accommodate for catering items, please notify us in advance. Furniture cannot be pulled into the room without authorization from the community manager at least 24 hours before the reservation start time. Alcohol is not permitted for conference room reservations.

Capacities are listed on each room card (e.g., Huddle Room: 1-4, Executive Conference: 8–10, Executive Board Room: 10–12). If you think your reservation will exceed the posted room capacity, please contact us directly prior to booking.

Yes, complimentary on-site parking is available.

Yes, the facility is ADA accessible. If any guest in your reservation needs specific accommodations, let us know when booking.

High-speed business Wi-Fi is included. Printing and copying are available for a small fee, please contact the community manager before your reservation or at the time of check-in.

We inspect each room before and after each reservation. In the case of damage to the room as a result of your reservation, we’ll contact the booker directly to resolve the matter. If items are left behind after your reservation, we will contact the booker directly to return the items. Items will be held for 30 days, unclaimed items after 30 days of notification will be discarded.

Please include any setup and teardown time in your reservation so the room is ready when your meeting begins. We cannot guarantee early access to the room on the day of your reservation.
